Subject to availability, a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

The deposit must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of the reservation form; otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed.

We accept cash, bank deposits, Visa & Mastercard.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email at boutique@louloudis.gr

Cancellation requests received 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded, minus any banking or money transfer fees.

Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

15:00–23:00 – If you arrive early and your room is vacant and ready, you may occupy it. If not, we will gladly store your luggage until it is ready.

Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check in.

Until 11:00

If, for any reason, your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of one night, you will be charged for a full night.

No pets are allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
